Just a suggestion for the GOP

Just a suggestion for the GOP.  Start referring to the ACA as "The Obama Administrations Affordable Care Tax Act".  Since the reason the SCOUTUS declared it constitutional was because it is a tax, the name fits and lets everyone know who owns it.  Why not?
